Growing up my mother instilled the ritual of attending church at least once a week and every Sunday Morning. I hated this because I wanted to enjoy my Sundays and believed it was a huge chunk of my day wasted. However I have to admit that I argued less with my siblings and felt rejuvenated after I left. My mother and grandparents raised my brothers and me to be religious. My mothers influence kept me out of trouble and enabled me to make a difference and not follow the crowd.
